A simple pull and push with the A-Pillar Release Tool around the clip will release each side of the arrow style clip legs from the vehicle. Works better than a door panel tool or flat headed screw driver that many techs try to use. It is thinner, allowing you to get more of the tool on the clip so that you can pry on the clip itself to release it instead of prying on the A-pillar hoping the clip releases. Techs crack and break A-pillar mouldings this way. The A-Pillar Release Tool Works on Ford Flex and Mini Cooper as well as many others with the arrow tipped style clips.
